Families Fleeing Domestic Violence

Join us in Building Hope! Our first campaign to launch our Community for families fleeing domestic violence! With your support, we're creating a safe haven where survivors can find refuge, support, and healing. We are establishing a space that adapts to the evolving needs of survivors, whether it's providing emergency shelter, transitional housing, counseling and coaching services, or other essential support.

Your donation, no matter the size, will directly contribute to establishing our community center; to strengthen and build our capacity to create a nurturing environment where survivors can rebuild their lives with dignity and resilience.

Fall 2025: A New Chapter Begins
As a new season unfolds, so does a fresh phase in my professional path. Come Fall 2024, I'll embark on a new chapter with my current employer, a respected local non-profit. This marks the beginning of my personal mission to bring R.A.V.E. Community Services to life. The prospect of catalyzing transformative change is exhilarating, as I look forward to building a safer, more hopeful future for the families in our community who have endured the pain of abuse.
Establishing Safe Spaces: Comprehensive Support Services
Our initial focus revolves around introducing a unique blend of life coaching alongside psychotherapy services and other holistic modalities, aiming to collaboratively assist survivors in their healing journey. As we embark on this transformative endeavor, our primary emphasis will be on coaching, while we work diligently to secure grants for the transitional housing aspect of R.A.V.E. Community Services.
Expanding Therapeutic Offerings
As we progress, we'll broaden our spectrum of therapeutic services, integrating life coaching to provide families with a comprehensive approach to healing and personal growth. This will encompass support groups, equine therapy, as well as music and art therapies, offering diverse avenues for individuals to explore and express their emotions.
Cultivating Healing through Community Engagement
In addition to therapeutic modalities, we'll foster community engagement through various activities. Alongside our community garden, we'll host memorial and honor walks, providing opportunities for remembrance and solidarity. We'll also facilitate workshops, volunteer initiatives, and educational seminars, encouraging active participation and connection within the community and provide a safe place where survivors can share their experiences and learn from each other. These activities will be tailored to embrace holistic healing and support on the journey towards reclaiming personal power.

While our immediate focus is on therapeutic services and community engagement, we are committed to establishing transitional housing to provide survivors with a safe haven as they rebuild their lives. We'll continue our efforts to secure grants and funding, ensuring that this crucial aspect of our mission becomes a reality, offering stable and supportive housing for those in need.
